Services
Three service lines. One dedicated team.
You hire electrical engineers as your back office, not a job shop. The same assigned team runs your takeoffs, your RFIs and your change orders inside the software you already use.
Service lines
Which line do you need
The three lines, side by side
| Service line | What it covers | Deliverables | When you use it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Estimating | Hard bid work, from the invitation to bid to the number you submit | Quantity takeoffs, bill of materials, RFIs, complete bid package | You have more invitations than estimator hours |
| Pre-Construction | Negotiated and design-build work, while the drawings are still moving | Quantity takeoffs, bill of materials, RFIs, change orders | You need a budget, value engineering or a design review before award |
| Project Management | Awarded projects, from award through closeout | Submittals and RFIs, change order pricing, schedule and procurement follow-up, as-builts | Your PM is in the field and the paperwork is stacking up |

Three more things we take on
BIM coordination
We model and coordinate the electrical scope against the other trades, so the clashes surface on screen instead of in the field.
Value engineering
Alternates priced against the base design, each one with the cost impact spelled out, so you can hand the owner a number instead of an opinion.
As-builts
Record drawings kept current as the work changes, ready for closeout instead of reconstructed from memory at the end.
How the engagement works
Dedicated, not on demand

You are not sending one bid into a queue. You get an assigned estimator and, as the volume grows, an assigned team, billed monthly rather than per package. They stay on your work, so by the third month they know your assemblies, your labor units and which GCs you are chasing.
One engineer builds the package and a supervisor reviews it before it reaches you. Three rounds of revision are included. When the drawings are wrong or a scope is missing, it comes back to you as an RFI rather than as a guess buried in the numbers. And after you submit, we follow up to find out whether you won.
We run Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, on your business hours. We do not take weekend or overnight rush work: a bid priced at 2 a.m. by someone who has never seen your assemblies is how contractors get hurt.
Common questions
The engagement, in plain terms
What services does PanAmerican offer electrical contractors?
Three service lines: electrical estimating, pre-construction, and project management support. Estimating produces complete bid packages, pre-construction covers plan review, budget development and change orders, and project management carries submittals, RFIs and closeout. PanAmerican also takes on BIM coordination, value engineering and as-builts as part of an engagement.
How does PanAmerican charge for estimating support?
PanAmerican bills monthly for a dedicated estimator assigned to your account, not per bid package. There is no published rate card: the scope and the price are worked out on the discovery call, after we look at your bid volume and the markets you go after. Nothing starts until you approve it.
What are your working hours, and do you take rush work?
Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, which is the same business window as most US contractors. PanAmerican does not take weekend or overnight rush bids. New enquiries get a reply within one business day, and on live work your assigned estimator commits a delivery date against your bid date on the discovery call.
How many rounds of revision are included?
Three rounds of revision are included in every engagement. One engineer produces the package and a supervisor reviews it before it reaches you, so the revisions are for your own review comments rather than for catching our mistakes. If we get something wrong, it is corrected immediately and does not count as a round.
Put an engineering team behind your next bid
Tell us your bid volume and the markets you chase, and we'll set up a discovery call. An NDA is ready if you want one signed before anything else.
