Project Management

From award to closeout, inside your Procore.

Winning the job is when the paperwork starts. We carry the submittals, the RFIs and the change orders so your PM stays on the site instead of at a desk.

What you get

Deliverables

Submittals and RFIs

Prepared, logged and chased in your own Procore account, in your naming conventions, so the record is yours and nothing lives in a system you cannot open.

Change order pricing

Priced against the original estimate, with the delta documented. The GC gets a number backed by the same takeoff that won the job, not a fresh guess.

Schedule and procurement follow-up

Long-lead items tracked, deliveries chased, and the coordination between your site team and the GC kept moving between meetings.

As-builts and closeout

Record drawings kept current as the work changes, so closeout is a handover instead of an archaeology project reconstructed from memory at the end.

How we run it

Responsibility from start to finish

This is the service line that goes furthest: we take the project from award through closeout, not just a package at a time. The work is done entirely from Mexico — we do not send staff to job sites — and it lands in your own accounts, so your PM keeps the field and we keep the paperwork.

Day to day the team works inside your accounts and on your channels — email, scheduled calls, Teams or Zoom, or straight through Procore, whichever your company already runs on. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, on your business hours. When your PM calls at ten in the morning, someone answers at ten in the morning.

The same assigned people stay with the project, which is what makes the paperwork coherent. A change order priced in month seven is argued against a decision documented in month two by the same person who documented it.

If the scope includes BIM coordination, we run the electrical model against the other trades and bring the clashes forward. As-builts are kept current as the work changes, so closeout is a handover rather than an archaeology project.

What we need from you

Access, and the awarded scope

  • Access to your Procore, or whichever system carries the project record, with the permissions you are comfortable granting.
  • The awarded contract scope and the original estimate, so change orders are priced against the real baseline.
  • The names of who decides what on your side and at the GC, so the follow-up goes to the right person the first time.

We sign your NDA, or ours, before receiving anything, and access stays limited to the engineers assigned to your project.

Common questions

Answers on access, meetings and how the work happens

What does PanAmerican's project management support cover?

Awarded projects from award through closeout: submittals and RFIs prepared, logged and chased, change order pricing backed by the original estimate, schedule and procurement follow-up on long-lead gear, and as-builts kept current as the work changes. It is back-office support for your PM, not a replacement for them.

Do you work inside our Procore account?

Yes. Submittals, RFIs and the project record live in your own Procore account, in your naming conventions, so nothing sits in a system you cannot open. PanAmerican works with the permissions you are comfortable granting, and access stays limited to the engineers assigned to your project.

Do you travel to the job site?

No. PanAmerican works entirely from Mexico and does not send staff to job sites. Meetings happen on the channels your company already uses — scheduled calls, Teams or Zoom, or straight through Procore — during your business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Everything we deliver is produced remotely and lives in your own accounts, where you can check it any day.

How do we communicate day to day?

On the channels your company already runs on: email, scheduled calls, Teams or Zoom, or straight through Procore. The same assigned people stay with the project rather than rotating. PanAmerican works Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, so when your PM calls at ten in the morning, someone answers at ten in the morning.
