Materials and labor units organized in CSI format, in the format your team already works in, so it drops into your system instead of being retyped.
RFIs
When the drawings conflict, omit a scope or contradict the specs, it comes back to you as a written RFI. We do not price a guess and hope it holds.
The complete bid
The priced package with a scope letter stating inclusions and exclusions, ready to hand to the GC without you rewriting the qualifications.
How we run it
The same engineers, bid after bid
Your assigned estimator stays on your work rather than rotating between accounts. That matters more than it sounds: by the third month they know your assemblies, your labor units and the way your company prices risk, so the packages start arriving closer to how you would have built them yourself.
One engineer builds the takeoff and estimate, and a supervisor reviews the package before it reaches you. Three rounds of revision are included, so adjusting the numbers after your own review is part of the job, not a change order.
The work happens where you can see it. Estimates run in estimating software such as IntelliBid, markups in Bluebeam, and if you want the record in Procore it goes in your Procore, in your account. You do not have to take our word for progress; you can open it any day.
We commit a delivery date against your bid date on the discovery call and we hold it. Addenda and scope changes during the bid period are absorbed against those agreed dates. After you submit, we follow up to find out whether you won.
What we need from you
A plan set and a scope
- The full plan set and specifications, uploaded to us or shared straight from your own Bluebeam or Procore account.
- The scope you are bidding: which divisions are yours, and anything the invitation leaves ambiguous.
- Your bid date, so the delivery date is committed against a real deadline rather than a guess.
We sign your NDA, or ours, before a single sheet changes hands. Access is limited to the engineers assigned to your project, and files stay in the platforms you approve.

How long does an electrical estimate take?
PanAmerican does not publish a standard turnaround, because it depends on the size of the set and your bid date. Instead, your assigned estimator commits a delivery date against your bid date on the discovery call, before any work starts, and addenda during the bid period are absorbed against that agreed date.

The engineers and architects doing the work have more than 10 years of experience in the industry, and PanAmerican itself has been estimating for US contractors since 2020, with 700 projects and bids completed.
What software do you estimate in?
Estimates are built in professional estimating software (e.g. IntelliBid) and delivered in the format your team already uses, typically Excel. Takeoff markups come as Bluebeam Revu files, and project records go into your own Procore account. PanAmerican also works in AutoCAD, Revit, DIALux and Jira depending on what the project runs on.
